In 2007, I was inspired by "The power of a praying wife" and started praying sessions every week with a friend.  We prayed every week for our husbands, although, we only did around 10 prayers, but each of them were good and concise.

Heavenly Father
Your way is above all ways, how Your hands brought us into a team to pray for our husbands? "Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." and don't we love our husbands ever more dearly?  But sometimes, we get all these blindfolds: selfishness, anger, hurt, resentment etc. etc., which blocked our vision from seeing love and if we're to sit here and "do nothing", after awhile, we would not be able to see love anymore.  This is exactly why constant praying for our family unity becomes so very important. As it is written in the bible "The winter is over, the rains have stopped in the countryside and the flowers are in blossom".  Praise God that
we're starting this right now under Your Almighty will, by our devotion to pray, Father, take away these blindfolds from us and lead us to better lives.

Lord helps us to be better wives! We confess that for so many times in our marriage lives that we argue, fight, or even hurt our husbands spiritually and physically.  We confess that the love to our husbands sometimes changed when our fleshly feelings take control in circumstances like disappointment.  For so many times, we want our husband to change, but God, change us first – change our thinking, change our mindset, change our hearts, change us entirely to be more like Christ – to be more loving, more caring and more faithful.

When we pray, we put all our trust and believe in You God.  With this we can move the mountains and we can walk on the water.  God, we'll need brave hearts to face everyday challenges, they're like giants, coming towards us, giants like depression, insecurity, …, all emotional feelings caused by our husbands or people related.  Lord help us to be like David, to be able to defeat these giants by concentrating on You, no matter what situation – praise You, talk to You, focus on You as our priority and turn them around, so that we may bring victory in Your glory.

God, make this transformation happen!
